The Team
We are a team of 14 staff managed by Mandy Smith, Principal Student Finance Officer.
We work in partnership with the Student Loans Company (SLC) to administer financial support for students in Higher Education. We also provide support in certain circumstances for students in Further Education.
Where we are
We are located on the 3rd floor of Howden House on Union Street. You can come to the First Point reception at Howden House and speak to a Customer Services Advisor who will be happy to help you with your enquiries and assist with filling in application forms.
Customer Service
We always aim to provide the highest possible standard of customer service and were the first Service to obtain the Charter Mark standard in the Children and Young People's Directorate.
