• How is the school making use of the Index for Inclusion?
  
  
• Does the Governing Body need to develop a clear Inclusion Policy or review other policies to ensure they are inclusive?
  
  
• What school targets support Inclusion?
  
  
• Are our actions making the desired difference to the inclusion of vulnerable children?
  
  
• What obstacles may the school have encountered to implementation or effectiveness?
  
  
• Has the school developed plans/strategies for the possible admission of students with a range of physical disabilities?
  
  
• What further or alternative action may be required and can we allocated or access funding to enable this?
  
  
• Are we able to embed good practice throughout the school?
  
  
• Do we need to plan for when, or if, the funding stops for particular areas of work?
  
  
• Are we learning from or sharing with other schools in similar circumstances or undertaking similar activities?
