Complaints Procedure
Sheffield Children and Young People's Directorate (CYPD) issued updated Guidance on the Complaints Procedure to Schools and Governing Bodies in September 2001. Copies were sent to the Chair of Governors and Headteacher of all schools with further copies for distribution to Governors on the Governing Body Complaints Committee and Complaints Appeals Committee.
