Special Educational Needs

This Questions Framework will provide a useful starting point for the annual agenda item when Governing Bodies receive a report on the effectiveness of Special Educational Needs (SEN) Policy and Expenditure.  This is usually recommended for the Autumn Term Governing Body meeting.  Download the Questions Framework below.

 

Governors may choose some of the questions to structure the report from the Headteacher or Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO). 

 

The Questions Framework, reviewed with Governors at the Summer Term 2006 SEN Governors' Forum, also acts as a reference for the nominated SEN Governor.
