Questions Framework

• Who does the policy need to be communicated to and how can this best be done?
  
  
• Are there any training and development implications for teaching and/or support staff?  How will these be resourced?
  
  
• How will we monitor and evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the policy?
  
  
• What Performance Indicators will we use to tell us that the policy is having the desired effect?  What information should the Governing Body receive, in what form and from whom to ensure that we measure what we value?
  
  
• What is an appropriate review cycle (e.g. annual, biennial) and how will we ensure that the policy is effectively reviewed (Who should be involved and how)?
  
  
• Who will take responsibility for ensuring that this business is not overlooked given all the other business that Governors have to deal with?
