Children and Young People's Plan 2006-09
Sheffield's Children and Young People’s Plan (CYPP) 2006-09 has been produced following extensive consultation with all those affected by it. The plan sets out how agencies will work more closely together to support and improve the lives of children, young people and their families.
Three versions of the plan have been produced to make sure everyone affected by it fully understands what it means for them. There is a full 100-page version (PDF format, 1.28 MB), a summary version (PDF format, 475 KB) for all those who work with and for children in the city, and a leaflet (PDF format, 237 KB) for all parents and carers in the city.
A refreshed version of the CYP Plan, CYP Plan 2007-08 Refresh was published in July 2007, which includes a Performance Review of progress made in 2006-07.

The Key Priorities within the Plan are based on the 5 Outcomes for children and young people as set out in the Government's 2003 consultation document 'Every Child Matters' . These are:
