Are you a full time student living in a property on your own or with other students? If so, you may not be responsible for paying Council Tax.

Landlords who own properties, let only to students, will be required to claim an exemption from Council Tax. Each year we will ask you to complete a review form and submit it to us for us to allow your exemption.
