We want to improve our website and to provide you with as much useful information about Council Tax as possible. To do this we need your feedback.

 

The customers who have recently given us feedback about the website have said:

 

"Your link to contact-us doesn't work". We have corrected it.

 

“There is an error on one of your on-line forms”. We have now corrected it.

 

“I don’t understand some of the terminology you use”. We have changed it to plain language.

 

“We need an on-line change of address form”. We have now created an on line form.

 

“Your promise to reply to e-mails cannot be done within 24 hours, due to weekends or holidays”. We have changed this to state that we will aim to reply to e-mails within one working day.

 

“I can't find out how to pay on-line”. We now have a link from our Home page

 

There have been requests for on-line access to accounts. Our systems will not let us do this at the moment but it is something that we are working on.
