The Council Tax office has a telephone Helpline service which will answer your calls and  deal with your enquiries.

 

At certain times of the year you may find that the telephone lines are very busy and you will have some difficulty getting through. These busy times are usually when a lot of letters have been sent out and customers are responding by telephone.
