Varying a Premises Licence
(Please note: this section does not apply if you wish to specify a new designated premises supervisor. This must be done using a separate form - see Applying to vary the Designated Premises Supervisor).
You can either contact us for an application pack or download an application form and guidance notes from the downloadable documents at the bottom of the page.
Please note: we are currently unable to accept electronic application forms. Please print a copy of the form and complete. We are also unable to take payment via the internet. Payment can be accepted in cash, cheque or postal orders.
Once you have submitted your correctly completed application to the Licensing General Section and the responsible authorities, the minimum time it will take for the variation to your licence to be granted is 28 days.
However, this time period may be extended if any objections to our application are received.
It is therefore advisable to apply well in advance of requiring the variation to your licence.
A licence may not be varied to extend the period for which the licence has effect.
