Anyone can use First Point for Business.  From large companies to social enterprise to self-employed people, we're here to help.

 

First Point for Business is your one point of contact with us for all your business needs.  If you are setting up a new business, for example, you may need to speak to Planning, Licensing, Building Standards, Business Rates and a number of other Council services.

 

Our team is on hand to help you access our services and specialist advice, so you get all the support you need.

 

If you need practical business support such as start up advice, business planning, marketing or workforce training and skills we'll put you in touch with the right people.

 

 

 

First Point for Business will work on your behalf.  You'll deal with a Key Account Advisor who will identify your needs and help you get the right information and advice.

 

If we can't give you all the answers straight away, then we'll do the legwork and get back to you.  Our Key Account Advisors will also help you to find out about the advice and support you could receive elsewhere.
