Residential: £200
Commercial:£350
Additional £100 rapid turnaround fee, within 10 working days subject to receiving all necessary information.
Change of Use
Residential and Commercial:£250
Additional £100 rapid turnaround fee, within 10 working days subject to receiving all necessary information.
(plus any consideration which may be payable in respect of the increased value of the lease)
Alterations
Alterations to the property involving structural alterations
Residential between £200 and £250
Commercial between £250 and £500
Formal deed of variation
£500 minimum
