A total of 3 complaints were received, each of which have been investigated and resolved.
Mr. X believes the Council has encroached on to his land, however after a full investigation with the Land Registry it is actually Mr. X that has encroached onto the Councils land.
Mrs. Y believes that the Council neglected to inform the residents of the freehold interests of their estate in due time and is unhappy with the Councils decision to sell. This complaint was dealt with by the Local Government Ombudsman and a decision has now been made in favour of the Council
Mr. Z was unhappy with a particular member of staff dealing with their sale negotiations and requested that this was carried out by a different person. This was investigated and the surveyor dealing with the case was changed.
