Standard Tender Documents

The documents below are used as a basis for procurement in the Council and are the documents that organisations will receive when they express an interest in a tender. 

 

However, they will be modified for individual procurement exercises and will include additional specific information about the contract as well as the contract terms and conditions.

 

These documents are for use in both the Open (one stage) and Restricted (two stage) procedures.  For more information on tender procedures and processes please refer to the guide, 'How to do Business with SCC'.
