The project comprises improvements to the external envelope to increase insulation values and the general appearance of 40Nr four and five storey maisonettes on the Lansdowne and Hanover estates in Sheffield S3 and S11 using an insulated render and timber cladding system.

 

Other works include the modification of existing heating outlets, communal lighting and replacement of the current analogue television service with a digital system.
