Approved List for Building & Civil Engineering works over £25k
The over £25k list is for contractors who are involved in large scale building and engineering works in the following areas:
- Construction, demolition and other building work, including restoration
- Electrical and mechanical services
- Asbestos surveys and removal
- Landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Maintenance and repair services, including door and window fitting
- Highways and drainage work

To be considered for these contracts, organisations will be expected to submit a tender. Tenders for Building and Civil Engineering are managed by Design and Project Management.
