If your enquiry is about a Reminder or Summons, the number is (0114) 273 4325.

 

For enquiries on reliefs and allowances, the number is (0114) 273 4398.

You can contact us any time between 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

 

Very often the telephone lines are extremely busy. If you find that you have difficulties in telephoning the Business Rates office, you may wish to try again after 4pm when they are less busy.
