Activity Sheffield offers a range of physical activity, play and sport sessions across the City. We aim to get more Sheffield People more physically active. People in the UK are increasingly inactive but we want to reverse this trend in Sheffield, not only because being active is great for health and fitness, but also because it makes people feel good and can be great fun!
